Express options (2–3 business days) are available at checkout for an additional fee, calculated based on destination.
Orders placed before 14:00 GMT on business days are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can track your package at any point using the link in that email or by contacting us at support@elvvinton.com.
For international orders, your country may charge import duties or VAT upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.
If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive within the expected window, contact us immediately at support@elvvinton.com. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
